As a light sleeper, I appreciated the peaceful ambiance and quiet surroundings of the hotel. The room was soundproof and provided a comfortable and uninterrupted sleep.

I was blown away by the stunning architecture and exquisite attention to detail throughout the hotel. Every room, the pool, the bar, and the restaurant were all visually breathtaking. The staff was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The breakfast buffet was generous and offered a wide variety of options. The large heated pool was an absolute delight to relax in. I would highly recommend this hotel for a truly exceptional and luxurious experience.

I had a truly magical stay at the hotel. the architecture and decoration were absolutely stunning, and the outdoor area, including the pool, was a paradise. the staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel right at home. They even checked us in early and accommodated us with showers after our check-out. the location couldn't have been more central, with plenty of dining options nearby. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. staying at Mgallery was a fantastic experience for me and my family.

We stayed in a hotel during the new year and it was such a great experience. the hotel staff was so welcoming and helpful in suggesting places to visit, while the included complementary breakfast was exceptional. the hotel's location was perfect; it was located close to all the attractions which made our trip convenient. We also enjoyed the luxurious amenities the hotel offered like the pool deck which had a stunning view.

While the hotel had a lot of great things to offer, there was an issue with lighting in one of the areas. the dim lighting at the pool's fountain area made it less appealing.

the front office staff was super kind and even upgraded us to a better room. the next morning, the fog cleared and we were greeted by a breathtaking view. the hotel's attention to detail in the decor is impressive, and the staff are friendly and helpful. the location is perfect for exploring Sa Pa, and the breakfast spread at the top of the building is extensive. the stunning architecture, beautiful pool, and delicious food made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stunningly beautiful with exclusive amenities, a feast for the eyes! the decor is reminiscent of a Parisian luxury hotel with creative and elegant use of the colors. the spa and wellness center are amazing, with great indoor and outdoor swimming pools, Jacuzzi, full body massage, beauty treatment, facial. The hotel's location is perfect; there's a street with many restaurants and a cable car station for easy access to nearby attractions. Cons: the hotel's ala carte menu is a bit overpriced, but still very delicious.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The design of the property was absolutely brilliant. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and a pleasure to stay in. The breakfast was the best buffet breakfast I've had, with delicious pastries that reminded me of the streets of Paris.

This stunning hotel is located right at the center of Sapa, making it convenient to explore the area. The comfortable beds, clean showers, and helpful staff ensure a pleasant stay. Plus, they offer an iron and ironing board in the room, a rare bonus. The hotel also provides assistance in purchasing train and cable car tickets, making the process quick and easy.

It would have been more helpful if there were more waiting staff at the rooftop bar to assist with orders.
