Clean, cozy with friendly staff. Phone left at counter was promptly returned to me at a nearby coffee house. Bed was comfy, TV was big, and pillows were lovely. Convenient distance from the busy city center, easily accessible by taxi. Would definitely stay here again.

Spent my Xmas holiday in a hotel outside the busy city, it was just what I needed. the staff were friendly and attentive, always trying their best to communicate with me despite the language barrier. the hotel was stylish and clean, providing a homely feel. I loved the fact that it was a 20-minute drive from the old district as this offered a peaceful and quiet atmosphere and a break from the city traffic. Another great thing was the hotel's reasonable price. Guests get a lot of value for their money.

The average breakfast, which could have been more diverse for foreigners like me. I also noticed that the isolation of the windows was not great, but as the hotel was located away from the noisy old center of Hanoi, it was not a big issue.
