What a great place to stay during my city break! The hotel was ideally situated and easy to get to, with quick access to the city center and the nearby cruise port. The staff were very friendly, hospitable, and thoroughly professional in attending to all my needs. Plus, the food in the hotel restaurants was exceptional. The hotel offers excellent facilities, with a large, modern lobby providing good privacy and a peaceful atmosphere.

One slight downside was that there was construction work nearby, which started early in the morning and could be a bit noisy, but this didn't detract from my overall enjoyment of my stay. the hotel was situated in a relatively new neighborhood, so there weren't a lot of options within walking distance.

This hotel is located in a very convenient neighborhood, close to the cruise port and Halong Bay. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean and modern. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, always friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel also has an amazing pool and three fantastic restaurants, including two Japanese ones. it's a great place to stay with wonderful facilities.

Great place well situated we stayed there on our lan ha bay excursion out of cat ba, the perfect place to relax rest unwind and to enjoy Haiphong from its only 30 minutes to the cruise port and 10 minutes to city center a very beautiful and very friendly and hospitable plus professional staff attending to all your needs also it houses some great restaurants and the food was exceptional in house
