A fantastic stay! The location of Nikko is ideal, close to all the activities in District 1. The rooms are spacious, clean, and offer amazing city views. The bathroom is impressive with excellent bath facilities. The turn down service even includes a delightful box of chocolates. Breakfast is top-notch, especially the pastries. The staff are super polite and efficient. The pool is fabulous with bar service available. We would definitely return on our next visit to Saigon. I highly recommend this hotel.

The beds were heavenly, the WiFi was fast, and the breakfast was outstanding with plenty of fresh and high-quality options from different cultures.

We stayed at a hotel in the center of town, close to the Nowzone shopping mall. The location was convenient as we had easy access to various parts of the city. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the service from the staff was excellent. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to both Western and Asian tastes. Additionally, the hotel offered a spa and massage service, which was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring the city.

The hotel also had convenient transportation options, with taxis readily available and a parking facility.

The hotel oozed quality and had a Japanese styling that I loved. The Japanese toilets were a pleasant surprise. The hotel offered a refreshing air purifier along the corridor. The room was spacious, fresh, and had excellent insulation. The staff was exceptional and the bed was super comfy. The hotel had a small but exquisite Japanese-style spa area and the pool and gym were decent. it was a luxurious and relaxing experience.

The hotel provided excellent service, with attentive staff and a welcoming atmosphere. the location, although a bit outside of the city center, was not a big issue as the hotel offered a free shuttle service that made it convenient to travel to the city. the executive suite provided stunning views of the city and the executive lounge offered complimentary drinks and food, which was a nice perk.

There were a few disappointing aspects during our stay. the lack of electrical outlets on both sides of the bed in the executive suite was inconvenient.
