The staff at this hotel were amazing! They were so helpful and friendly, always willing to go the extra mile. They even helped us carry our luggage and gave us cold drinks upon arrival. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the center of the city, close to all the vibrant bars and pubs. the room was also fully-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike about this hotel. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish.

For our Christmas stay, we had a wonderful experience at this budget-friendly hotel. the staff were incredibly helpful and arranged various activities for us, including a boat ride and car ride to DaNang, which were all fantastic. the homemade passion fruit jam at breakfast was a delightful treat that we highly recommend. the location of the hotel was perfect, being close to the Citadel and within walking distance of many bars, cafes, and restaurants.

The only downside we experienced was in our room where the water from the shower would spread onto the bathroom floor, making it wet and slippery. It would have been helpful if there was a strip barrier to prevent this issue and to keep the rest of the bathroom dry.

It was only a short walk or a quick taxi ride to the imperial city. the breakfast offered a wide selection of tasty options, and we particularly enjoyed the delicious pancakes. Although the mattress seemed thin, the bed itself was incredibly comfortable. the hotel offered great value for money, and the staff treated us like family.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The bathroom facilities were quite old and outdated, and the bath and shower didn't work very well.

I loved my stay at Hue Nino Hotel! The value for money was exceptional and the room was comfortable and clean. It had a great location, just a short walk away from the center of town, restaurants, and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and their English was excellent. I would definitely stay here again if I'm back in town.
