We had a wonderful stay at Serene Palace! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even arranged a driver to take us on a breathtaking journey through the Hai Van Pass to Hoi An. The breakfast selection was fantastic, offering delicious local dishes like bun bo hue. The room was spacious with a balcony and even had a computer for our use. The restaurant also impressed us with its quality food and reasonable prices. We highly recommend this hotel!

We had the best overall experience ever at Serene Palace. the friendly staff, especially Mary, made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They provided us with fruit and juice while we rested, and even arranged for our luggage to be taken to another room so we could freshen up before check-in. Mary also gave us a detailed map and recommendations for things to see and do. the hotel's breakfast was fantastic, and we loved the restaurant too. Sally, the supervisor, went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. the staff, rooms, and customer service were exceptional.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a great area - right in the center of the tourist district. It's located down a small quiet alley, away from the hustle and bustle of the main street, but still just a block or two from all the action. The attention to detail here is impressive - from the large beds in the rooms with balconies to the fully equipped computer available for guests to use. And let's not forget about the breakfast, which is included and offers a variety of options, including cooked-to-order dishes.

I had a great time at Serene Palace Hotel in Hue. My girlfriend and I stayed for a couple of nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. They made my girlfriend's birthday special by organizing a delicious cake and singing happy birthday. The hotel is conveniently located in the center with restaurants and bars all around. The in-house restaurant served excellent traditional Vietnamese food, especially the fish with chili and rice. The breakfast was super and the staff at the reception, as well as the bellmen, were wonderful. They made us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. We even had a great experience with the taxi service they booked for us.

The hotel is located in a quiet alley away from traffic, but still in the center of everything. The restaurants nearby are as good as anywhere in the city. The spacious rooms have comfortable beds, and the bathrooms are clean. The friendly staff provides excellent service, helping with organizing tours and providing useful information. The breakfast offers a great selection of food, including fruits, yoghurt, and snacks. Guests can also enjoy facilities like a mini fridge, hair dryer, and robes.

The hotel lacks some of the luxurious amenities found in higher-end establishments.

The hotel is very well located, near the walking streets. It is a short walk to the citadel and the restaurant I wasn't comfortable with. The hotel facilities were clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was a generous spread of continental and local Vietnamese foods, enough to set you up for a day of sightseeing.

Great value for money with a helpful staff who don't give you the hard sell. Love the way they organize trips and restaurant reservations for you. the rooms are clean and large and I particularly enjoyed the view from the balcony. the included breakfast was delish and on arrival we got a bowl of yummy fruit.

The fact that the computer had missing keys and no audio, which made it hard to check my emails. the location was down a little alley which was a bit confusing at first.

I loved the personalized birthday cake and song from Serene Palace during my stay. The traditional Vietnamese food at the hotel restaurant was also amazing. I would recommend this hotel.
