The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a nice balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations and assisting in organizing activities. The location of the hotel was ideal, right in the center of town. Being able to rent motorbikes from the hotel was convenient.

The weather in the city during my stay was not ideal, with rain for the first two days. The lack of toast at breakfast was a disappointment.

sweethouse 2 homestay in hue was a fantastic find! the owners and staff were so helpful and made my stay wonderful. they even helped me retrieve a lost item and ensured my airport shuttle arrived on time. the room was spacious and quiet, with a comfy bed and a great location. highly recommended!

The staff at Sweethouse are incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering refreshing juices and cold cloths. The homemade breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options on the menu. The homestay is cozy and conveniently located near the imperial city, as well as restaurants, coffee houses, and bars. The staff are helpful in assisting with finding cabs and rental bikes.

We had a wonderful stay at a lovely homestay in Hue. The rooms were new, clean, and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were always ready to assist us. We even rented a motorbike from the homestay and had a fantastic day exploring the area. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants nearby. We also appreciated the quiet alley, ensuring a good night's sleep. The wifi was excellent, which was perfect for my work webcalls. Highly recommended!

Entrance could be cleaner

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decoration of the hotel. The warm colors, soft furnishings, and beautiful artwork created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The general areas, such as the rooftop terrace and common room, were well-maintained and provided lovely spaces to relax and enjoy the views. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible, with well-lit hallways, handrails, and elevators available for use. It made navigating the hotel much easier for me.

I would have appreciated a grab bar in the shower for added safety.
