I had a fantastic stay at this place. The location on the river was amazing, with plenty of great restaurants nearby, including a lively walking street. The staff at reception were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and well-presented, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The pool area was a great place to relax and the pool itself was a good size. this hotel provided top-notch service and enhanced comfort, making my stay truly enjoyable.

The bamboo decor was unique and fun. Great location for city exploration. Beautiful river view. Good water pressure in showers. Lovely pool.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast had a lot of options to choose from and was included in the price. the location was great, just a short taxi ride to the main attractions and close to pubs and bars for a night out.

The gym had no air conditioning, making it uncomfortable to workout. Some things in the room needed updating and appeared a bit dated.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right on the Huong Giang river, making it easy to explore the main center of Hue. Additionally, there was a very quiet beach nearby where we could relax for the day. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view from the balcony. The bathroom was nice and the shower worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices.

Some of the food in the breakfast warmers was cold.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the junior suite at Huong Giang Hotel Resort & Spa. The bathroom was large with a separate shower and a decent-sized bath. The family room was also spacious, and the furniture was comfortable. The king bed provided a great night's sleep, and the room was spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful, and although their English could have been better, they still provided excellent service.

The location, though a bit noisy, was perfect for exploring the walking street and enjoying the breathtaking view of the river. We were also thrilled that our special request for larger coffee mugs was fulfilled the next morning. an incredible experience with top-notch service!
