We had a fantastic stay in the heart of the city, on a quieter street in a rather busy market area. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Siem lake and surrounded by the vibrant energy of the old quarter, which is equally exciting as it is hectic with the craziest motorbike traffic we've ever seen. The room was spacious with great facilities, and the friendly staff made us feel at home.

The breakfast options were limited and the food was quite oily.

The location of Icon 36 was perfect for exploring the old town of Hanoi. The staff were friendly and helpful, recommending great places to visit. We accidentally booked the wrong hotel for our second night, but they were understanding and allowed us to stay in the same hotel. They even stored our luggage while we went on our Halong Bay cruise. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had good security. The breakfast had a decent selection of options. I would recommend this hotel.

The location is excellent, just outside the busiest and noisiest streets of the old quarter. Room was comfortable, bright, and spacious with clean and crisp bed and linen. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, polite, and always smiling. Fantastic value for money with great breakfast choices and little extras like water, fruit & snacks.

This hotel is in the heart of Hanoi's old quarter, making it the perfect location for exploring the city on foot. With everything within walking distance, it's incredibly convenient. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The rooms are spacious and offer a Vietnamese view, giving you a true local experience.

The room was spacious and had a comfy double bed along with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. the hotel was located near many restaurants, making it easy to find a meal. the breakfast had a great variety of options to choose from.

The hotel was not well-maintained, as the windows were small and allowed in noise. the bathroom wasn't clean, and the toiletries were not provided.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely and friendly hotel in Vietnam. the staff at Icon 36 Hotel were amazing, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were incredibly helpful and even knew my name after just a few hours. I was able to check in early without any issues and they even offered me breakfast on the day of my arrival. the hotel provided great tips for exploring the city and sights to see. I was truly impressed with their service and will definitely be coming back for another stay!
