We had a great stay in this hotel. the rooms were very spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a minibar that was included for free. the hotel was also very modern and stylish. We enjoyed spending time at the roof top terrace and the infinity pool, which both had a great view of the surrounding area. Plus, the hotel was located in a central area that had easy access to many key locations and attractions.

The entrance to the hotel was a bit dodgy and located in a busy area that could be overwhelming for some tourists. the staff's English level was not great, which made communication a bit difficult at times.

I had a fantastic stay at Innside in Ho Chi Minh City! The rooftop pool was a great place to relax, even though it's a bit small. The location was super convenient, with tourist attractions, shopping, and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were well-trained and helpful upon arrival, making check-in a breeze. My room was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed. The buffet breakfast was the best I've had in Vietnam, especially the crispy fried rice. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in the city.

Enjoyed the prime location with traditional food stalls right in front of the hotel and a convenient short walk to the night market. The staff was excellent, going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The comfortable and clean rooms provided us with a complimentary minibar that was refilled daily.

It was a bit confusing when the housekeeping staff did not change a stained sheet, but only straightened the bedding. , the cancellation of the entire deposit instead of refunding the difference in amount caused a slight bit of stress.
