The staff at Iris Boutique Hotel are exceptional. We had a maintenance issue with our bathroom, and they immediately arranged for us to stay at a nearby hotel free of charge. The front desk receptionist, Le, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. The hotel management is dedicated to excellent customer service, which is evident in their willingness to accommodate their guests. I highly recommend Iris Boutique Hotel due to their outstanding staff and commitment to providing a pleasant experience for their guests.

The breakfast served was delicious and satisfying, giving us a good start to our day. the location of the hotel was perfect, surrounded by numerous bars and restaurants, and had a great view of a nearby church.

While the bathroom was clean, there were some maintenance issues that affected our overall experience. the shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor despite the stall, and there wasn't enough space around the sink to store our toiletries comfortably.
