Great time spent at this hotel! the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We were impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the resort. the location is fantastic as there are options for both local and Italian cuisine nearby. We loved having access to the outdoor swimming pool, especially during hot days. the bar area was a nice spot to relax in. We appreciated the tours and ticket assistance provided. a wonderful experience that we will surely repeat.

One minor improvement could be a slight upgrade in the maintenance of the rooms, particularly with the air conditioning units to ensure they work efficiently. having more staff members available would help in reducing waiting times at reception and enhancing the experience.

Visiting for leisure, my brief stay at Jaguar House Resort was delightful. the owners' warmth, the spacious and clean rooms, well-equipped amenities, lush greenery, central location, and inviting swimming pool made my stay truly relaxing. the helpful English-speaking staff aided in planning my excursions effortlessly, and the delicious breakfast added a perfect start to each day.

Stayed at a place with an outdoor pool, a garden, and even a fitness center. A breakfast choice for every taste, from Italian to Asian. the 3-star hotel also has a lovely terrace and a restaurant.

Lovely staff helped with car service on my first stay. Perfect spot with all I need: Free Wi, Fi, Parking, 24, hour security, Bar. Coming back for city trip.

The room was amazing, especially the private balcony overlooking the pool. Would DEFINITELY go back! the pool is even better in person than in the photos.

The room had no warm water for showers. It was disappointing, especially after a day out. the refreshing pool made up for it. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.
