We had an amazing stay at Kingo Retreat Resort! the customer service was exceptional, and we were impressed with the friendly and professional attention from Bee. the rooms were large, modern, and very clean, with stocked mini fridges and complimentary fruit and water. the hotel also had a fantastic spa for some extra indulgence. We loved the great porch with rocking chairs in front of each bungalow, as well as the towel-covered pool beds just meters away. the resort also offered free bike hire, which made it easy to explore the nearby beach and restaurants. it was a great place to relax in a tropical setting and have a fantastic vacation.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast was well laid out and delicious, and I also enjoyed the tasty lunches and evening meals. The hotel offered great prices for local wine, Prosecco, and cheap beer, making it a great value for money. I also appreciated the hotel arranging motorbike hire for me, allowing me to easily explore the surrounding area. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from a beautiful beach and a variety of restaurants. I highly recommend staying here for a luxurious and comfortable experience.

Additionally, the resort offers a buffet breakfast with a variety of options.

One minor drawback is that some guests have mentioned a lack of storage space in the bathrooms.

Spent New Year's at a resort on the island. the staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. the breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from and the food offered at the restaurant was reasonably priced. the rooms and pool area were well maintained and clean. the location is conveniently situated just a short walk from the beach, and the resort offers free bike rentals, making it easy to get around.

That there were not many organized events or activities during the New Year period. I wish there had been more opportunities to interact with other guests.

The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service and local knowledge of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful time, recommending the best snorkeling spots, secret beaches, and local activities. The waiter, Bao, greeted me with a warm smile every day and the chef, Nhung, prepared the most delicious vegetarian meals. The resort also accommodated my dietary preferences without any hesitation. The pool villa I stayed in was lovely and well-maintained, offering a comfortable retreat. The resort even provided free transportation to the ferry, which was a thoughtful touch. Despite this, the resort restaurant seemed to have low patronage, and I think holding more events or offering happy hours would help bring people together. Additionally, a wider variety of breakfast options, especially international choices, would have been ideal. However, these minor drawbacks did not overshadow the overall wonderful experience I had at Kingo Retreat Resort. I highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful location, exceptional service, and comfortable accommodations. I had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend others to stay at this hotel.
