What truly stood out was the remarkable staff, including Kylie, who went above and beyond to assist me with reservations and even helped me make a last-minute dentist appointment. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the lake, shopping, and fantastic restaurants. I had an amazing and memorable stay at San Boutique and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi.

Very convenient location in the heart of the old quarter, within walking distance of many attractions. Delicious and plentiful breakfast. Clean room with comfortable beds. Zoey at the front desk was incredibly attentive and helpful, even after hours. Highly recommend the vespa tour for the full Hanoi experience.
