I had a wonderful stay on the La Regina Grand Cruise. The communication and arrangements were efficient, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. One of the highlights was the perfect cruising loop, allowing us to enjoy Lan Ha Bay away from the crowds.

Although the cruise ship needed proper maintenance and cleaning, the beauty of the ship was still evident. The spacious cabin we stayed in exceeded our expectations, better equipped than many five-star hotel rooms.

Best aspects of our Christmas stay were the amazing food and friendly staff. The meals were delicious and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the bay and easy access to activities. One of the advantages we enjoyed was the spacious and well-equipped cabin, offering more comfort than many other hotels we've stayed at.

Worst aspects of our Christmas stay were the crowded excursions and the poor quality of some of the meals. The excursions were chaotic and overcrowded, making it difficult to fully enjoy the experience.
