I had a fantastic stay at this lovely boutique hotel in Hoi An. The staff were attentive and provided a warm welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ancient town and away from the tourist buses. My room was comfortable and spacious, with a balcony that overlooked the beautiful lanterns in the hotel's internal area. The complimentary breakfast was a delicious start to each day. Despite a few minor details, such as a slightly spotty WiFi connection and a faint odor in the bathroom, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Hoi An.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any request. The service I received, especially from Clara, was exceptional. The location of the hotel was great, just over the bridge in a really quiet area but not too far from the ancient town. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. The swimming pool was a great place to relax, and the free Wi-Fi was a bonus.

I had a great stay at this boutique hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Old Town and close to restaurants and bars. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel also had great facilities, including a spa and complimentary bicycles to explore the area. I even got to enjoy a Vietnamese massage during my stay.

The view from my balcony was slightly obstructed by a nearby building, but the hotel cleverly covered it up with a beautiful lantern display.

The hotel had a good location, just a short walk from the city center. We also appreciated the free bike rentals offered by the hotel, which made getting around the city much easier. the staff were friendly and welcoming which was a nice touch.

It was smaller than we expected and the decor was outdated. the bed was uncomfortable and we had trouble sleeping.

Although there were a few minor issues during my stay, the staff went above and beyond to make up for them. They provided complimentary perks and made sure I felt valued as a guest.
