The facilities at the hotel were top-notch – from the indoor swimming pool to the well-stocked gym, everything was perfect. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony that offered a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. the breakfast buffet was great – there was a wide selection of food offered that catered to all tastes.

The location of the hotel was a bit of a bummer, it was away from the center of town and required a taxi or scooter ride to get to the restaurants and bars. the prices at the hotel were quite steep for the size of the city.

The location of the hotel is great for nature lovers, as it is nestled next to Love Valley and just opposite the stunning Valley of Love. there is a natural park nearby where you can spend the whole day exploring. The rooms are beautiful and clean, exceeding expectations. The staff is attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast spread is delightful, offering a variety of options. The facilities include a large swimming pool, perfect for swimming laps, and well-lit rooms add to the overall positive experience.

Some guests experienced occasional drops in the wifi connection.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Da Lat, I had the pleasure of experiencing incredible service from the staff. From the moment I checked in, they were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the rooms were spacious and clean. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This venue is luxurious and fulfilled all my exclusive amenities needs. the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, and sauna were top, notch, with a full range of massage options including full, body massage.

The only minor issue was that the location of the hotel was a bit far from the centre and other attractions, meaning that I had to get a taxi to go anywhere. this was only a minor inconvenience and was more than compensated by the high, quality service and the excellent private facilities including the steam room, karaoke room, and garden area.
