The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar, as well as the sauna room. The hotel also had a restaurant serving delicious local dishes. we were extremely satisfied with our stay here.

Our stay at Lalita Boutique Hotel & Spa was truly delightful. The location was perfect, with a picturesque lake just steps away. We took advantage of the complimentary bikes and had a blast exploring the surrounding area. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful European-inspired architecture. The rooms were spacious, clean, and exquisitely designed. We especially enjoyed the private screening room and the afternoon tea. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even surprised us with a birthday cake! we had an amazing experience and highly recommend this hotel.

The shower fixtures in our room could use some improvement, as the water flow was not ideal. Additionally, the walls were not very soundproof, and we experienced some noise from other guests during our stay.

Located within close proximity to all the sites in the Ninh Binh area, it is convenient to explore the beautiful attractions of the region. A short distance to Tam Coc Centre allows easy access to stunning landscapes. The hotel provides free bicycles for guests to easily explore the area.

Housekeeping could be improved for a more comfortable stay.

We had free access to the spa, and the restaurant offered delicious food.

The cleaning left much to be desired, with dusty furnishings and hair on the floor. the wifi was nonexistent, and the location was too remote for comfort.
