I had an amazing stay at this place. The staff, especially Christina, went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and I appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket downstairs. The home-like atmosphere, with many Japanese families living here, added to the overall positive ambiance. The gym on the 25th floor was a great perk, and I enjoyed the bun cha restaurant and authentic coffee shop nearby. The Vietnamese sandwich shop across the hotel was also a nice and affordable option. Plus, being able to buy coffee at the cafe in the hotel was super convenient.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a restaurant and a minimarket, making it easy to grab a quick meal or any necessities you may need during your stay. The rooms are modern and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and luxurious retreat. Guests have access to a range of facilities, including a gym, heated lap pool, jacuzzi, steam room. the staff are friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Some guests have reported poor staff attitude and slow service, which could be improved upon to provide a better overall experience.

The view from the apartment was excellent, with a great skyline visible from the top floors. the gym and pool facility were great for keeping fit during the holiday, with plenty of equipment and space to exercise. the location was a good starting point to explore the city, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby.

The apartment itself was quite basic, with few amenities included, and was in need of updating. the beds were uncomfortable and the linens were not of high quality.
