I stayed at Lasenta Boutique Hotel for 3 nights with my sister and we loved it so much we extended our stay! The pool had a stunning view of the rice paddies and was open until 9pm. The staff were friendly and attentive, giving great suggestions for tours and restaurants. The breakfast buffet had delicious options, including local and international cuisine. The hotel felt peaceful and not crowded, with more staff than guests. The spa treatments were excellent, and we enjoyed a free body scrub with our massage.

We had a wonderful stay at a boutique hotel in Hoi An. the pool was incredible, perfect for cooling off during the hot afternoons. the spacious room had a great view of a beautiful field. the staff were exceptional, changing our room without complaint and even helping us retrieve our belongings in Da Nang. It was a very pleasant experience overall.

I stayed at Lasenta Boutique Hotel for four nights during my visit to Vietnam. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, including helping me surprise my girlfriend with a birthday present. The room was spacious and luxurious, with a stunning view. The hotel provided bikes for us to explore the city, and the buffet breakfast was delicious. They even arranged a car and driver for us to visit Golden Bridge in Da Nang. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough - it truly exceeded our expectations!

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel just outside the center of Hoi An. The location was superb, as it was close to shops and had a lovely view of a large field in front of the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great bathroom and a really comfy bed. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast included a variety of options. The hotel also had a fantastic infinity pool with picturesque views. it was a delightful stay.

The spa service was a major disappointment and could use improvement.

Nothing could have been better.

The airport pickup and drop-off were well-organized and free. the gym and pool facilities were new, attractive and modern. the other great feature was the free shuttle back and forth to the Old Quarter, a must-see during any visit to the area and the nearby rice fields close to the location are mesmerizing.

There were a few downsides to staying at this property. While the staff was friendly and helpful, there were issues with the language barrier, specifically a lack of English and the staff being too quiet to hear.
