The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of excellent restaurants and bars, making it easy to find a delicious meal or enjoy a night out. There are also plenty of options for entertainment, such as karaoke and casinos, for those who enjoy that kind of nightlife. The rooms are modern and clean, with amenities like LCD TVs and good AC. The bathrooms are spacious and impeccably clean, with stand-up rain showers and plenty of hot water. The friendly staff, like Tham, provide excellent service and are always willing to help.

Some of the staff members have limited English proficiency, which may lead to occasional communication difficulties.

During my xmas stay, I appreciated the fact that the hotel was located in a prime location that was very close to the beach and many excellent restaurants. The rooms were very clean and modern and had a nice view of the city and the beach. the staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

One of the downsides of my stay was that the room was quite noisy due to construction taking place outside early in the morning, which disrupted my sleep. the staff's level of English comprehension was not as fluent as expected, which sometimes made communication challenging.
