The value for money was excellent and the room was clean and luxurious. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the local attractions. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel very welcome.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the Center was perfect for exploring all the incredible sights and shops. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, from the excellent room service to the helpful car hire and dry cleaning services. The housekeeping team kept my room immaculate, and the airport shuttle made traveling a breeze. I especially loved the welcome drink and the tours/ticket assistance provided by the friendly staff. The rooftop pool and spa center were absolute havens of relaxation, with the sauna and jacuzzi being my favorite amenities. The infinity pool offered breathtaking views, and the massage at the spa lounge was heavenly. The free Wi-Fi and luggage storage were also much appreciated.

The staff is extremely kind and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, including made-to-order eggs.

Some guests mentioned that the water from the shower leaked out and made a mess on the floor.

the rooms were beautifully designed, with super comfy beds and lovely linen. Despite being in a busy area, the rooms were quiet thanks to good soundproofing. the pool and sky bar were fantastic, and the hotel was in perfect condition. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. We also loved the central location in the old quarter, making it easy to explore. If we ever return to Hanoi, we will definitely be staying at Leah Silk again.
