We had a great stay at this hotel! The location in the city center was perfect for us. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including restaurants and shops. The staff here were extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. We especially appreciated the soundproofed rooms, which allowed us to have a peaceful night's sleep. we were very impressed with the service and quality of this place.

This hotel is perfect for families. The staff are very accommodating and there are plenty of amenities to keep everyone comfortable.

The hotel had a great location, it was easy to get to the main attractions. the staff was very friendly, they made us feel welcome and helped us with everything we needed. the breakfast was delicious, with a lot of different options to choose from.

The Wi-Fi connection was quite slow and, sometimes, we had no connection at all. the noise from the street was a bit disturbing during the night.

My recent stay at Lenid Hotel Tho Nhuom was delightful. The staff went above and beyond to cater to my needs, especially when I arrived in the evening after a long flight. Despite not having any restaurants or coffee shops open inside the hotel or nearby, the staff helped me order food through Grab. The room was modern and comfortable, with a cozy bed and cold AC. The location of the hotel was perfect, not too loud or busy, but still close enough to the Old Quarter and tourist sites. I highly recommend Lenid Hotel Tho Nhuom for a great stay in Hanoi.
