The friendly staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They knew our names and helped us with everything we needed. We especially loved the beautiful decorations in our room and the delicious breakfast options. The key location was perfect for exploring all the attractions and food choices in the area. We also enjoyed the stunning view from our room, which gave us a real feel for the city.

There really was nothing to dislike about our stay at this hotel. Every aspect of our trip was wonderful and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We were warmly welcomed with food and drink after our long journey. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with a bathtub instead of just a shower like most hotels in Vietnam. The location was great, tucked away on a quiet alley but still close to the lake and other attractions. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of, even providing us with water and food packages for our overnight train journey. The breakfast had a great selection and was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter. Tucked away in a small alley, it offers a quiet retreat from the bustling streets. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing a warm and personal touch to your stay. The rooms, although on the smaller side, are clean and comfortable, with plush furnishings and a really comfortable bed. The breakfast, included in our fare, was delicious and had a wide variety to choose from.

No negative aspects, everything was great.

I recently stayed at Little Hanoi Deluxe for a week-long visit. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, making our stay extra special. The location was central and easily accessible to everything. The hotel was clean and we even received a free upgrade for our last night. Tommy, the manager, went above and beyond to help us book activities and even negotiated better prices for us. The rooms were spacious with good AC and comfortable beds. The staff learned our names and greeted us with big smiles. I highly recommend this hotel and their exceptional service.
