Friendly and Helpful Staff Makes for a Great Stay!

We had a fantastic experience at Little Hanoi Hostel thanks to the amazing staff. They were so friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Their recommendations for places to eat and visit were spot on. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the free breakfast had delicious food. Although the lack of natural light and common area could be improved, overall I highly recommend this hostel.

Comfortable clean room, good bed and shower. Tasty breakfast buffet with many choices. Friendly and helpful staff, provided information and tips about Vietnam and helped book cheap tours. Excellent service, quick replies to emails, warm greeting upon arrival, assistance with baggage. Stay here again!

The location of the hostel is convenient, with plenty of food options nearby on Hang Ga street. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They provide airport transfer and even gave us a morning call and packed breakfast for our early flight. The staff is knowledgeable about the area and recommended places to eat. The hostel also offers free luggage storage and showers for guests returning from trips. Wifi is available throughout the hostel.

Little Hanoi Hostel was truly a home away from home for us. the hospitality of Ms. Kim, Handsome David, Courage, and the rest of the staff made our vacation complete. the location is great, with plenty of food and convenience store options nearby. the hot water pressure is excellent, and despite there being no elevator, the receptionist was friendly and helped us with our luggage. the room and toilet were clean and fresh, and though the furniture was a bit old, it was in great working condition. the staff provided us with useful information about places to visit and eat, and the internet connection was good. it was definitely more than our money's worth and we look forward to returning with our family.

The staff at the hotel was incredibly helpful, providing me with great tips and recommendations to make the most of my stay in this city. They spoke excellent English and were able to answer all of my questions. The hotel also offered complimentary tea, coffee, and fruits in the lobby, which was a nice touch. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was delicious. Additionally, the room was clean and towels were fresh every day.

I recently stayed at this cozy hostel for a few days. The room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely little balcony overlooking the street. The bed was big and the mattress firm, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff spoke good English and were always friendly and helpful. Plus, I loved the complimentary tea and coffee available at the reception all day. The location was perfect, as I was able to walk to museums, the lake, and a variety of restaurants. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and I really appreciated having a bathtub in my room. a great experience!

I had an amazing stay here. The hotel had beautiful rooms that were very comfortable. The breakfast was the best I've had in my 13 months of travel, with a buffet offering a variety of hot foods and fruits, along with a menu to order from. The staff were friendly, upbeat, and organized, and they even remembered my name. The location was great, with lots of cool stuff within walking distance.

I arrived a few days later than planned after missing a flight, and the hostel couldn't have been better at helping me out. They sorted another airport transfer for me for my new flight, and helped my friends who were already in the hostel reshuffle the rooms we'd booked with no hassle. The rooms are clean, light and airy. Included breakfast is also good. I highly recommend this hostel.

I absolutely loved the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The decorations were charming and reminded me of my own home. The seating areas in the lobby were comfortable and perfect for sitting down and chatting with fellow travelers. Additionally, the hotel was very accessible for senior people like me, with easy-to-navigate hallways and elevators available. It made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

I wish the children working there had provided a bit more assistance to senior guests, especially in terms of offering help with luggage or providing information on nearby attractions suitable for older travelers.

The Halong Bay trip was jaw-dropping! The dorm room and twin room were incredibly comfy, with free wifi and a good breakfast. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main tourist sights. a fantastic stay with unforgettable experiences.

We did experience some issues with the tour arrangements, which caused some inconvenience.

We loved the upgraded room, the central location in the old quarter, and the cleanliness of the hotel. The air conditioning worked well, and the staff were excellent, quick to reply to emails and offer a warm welcome. Free tea, coffee, and fruits throughout the day were a nice touch.

I had an early morning flight and the staff at Little Hanoi were absolutely amazing. They let me into the hostel before check-in, offered me tea and coffee, and even provided me with breakfast when I did check in. The room was comfortable and the breakfast spread was really good. The staff also helped me book tickets to Sapa without being pushy. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend Little Hanoi.

Although I had a great stay, I did experience a few minor issues. However, these were not deal-breakers and I would still recommend this hotel.
