The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. They even allowed us to extend our check out time while we waited for our bus to Cat Ba. the location is perfect, as it is close to all the important amenities and attractions. I would definitely recommend staying here for a great experience.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and right beside a beautiful lake. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was delicious, and I loved the free coffee, tea, and fruit provided throughout the day. the staff and location were the best aspects of my stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this centrally located hotel near the lake. The manager was incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast options were satisfying, with the choice of eggs and bacon or jam and fruit with bread. On top of that, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. From providing bottles of water upon arrival to taking the time to share must-see's and must-do's in Hanoi, they truly made us feel like family. The bed was also incredibly comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

the location was ideal, situated in a quiet alley in the central area, away from the noise of the street. the room was clean and all the amenities worked perfectly. I was even allowed to check in early without any extra charges. the breakfast was simple but nice, with a variety of options available. the hotel also provided computers in the lobby to use, and the WiFi connection was good.

Our stay at Little Hanoi Hostel 2 was excellent - just as good as the original. The hosts were super friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They even helped us book our train to Hue and gave us great advice. The room was spacious and hotel-like. Breakfast was delicious, and there was always fruit, tea, and coffee available. They even fixed our wireless issue promptly. The surprise taxi ride to the train station was unexpected and left a great impression. I highly recommend this hostel.

This place is a little gem! Fantastic location close to the lake, St Joseph's and the old town. the staff are amazingly welcoming and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. the room is comfortable, it's like being at home. It's clean and the top floor rooms have a view of the lake. We have already booked our return visit. Highly recommended accommodation.

Good location near lake, friendly and helpful staff, cheap and fast laundry service, and tasty breakfast. No lift, but exercise walking up stairs.

I had a fantastic stay at the Little Diamond Hotel 2 in Hanoi. The location was perfect, right across from the beautiful Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel at home right away. Communication was excellent and they helped me arrange all of my transportation at a great price. The breakfast was delicious and the room was comfortable. It was incredible value for money and I would definitely return.
