The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. They even allowed us to extend our check out time while we waited for our bus to Cat Ba. the location is perfect, as it is close to all the important amenities and attractions. I would definitely recommend staying here for a great experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, caring, and helpful. They provided me with useful information and helped me book tours at reasonable prices. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and right beside a beautiful lake. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was delicious, and I loved the free coffee, tea, and fruit provided throughout the day. the staff and location were the best aspects of my stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this centrally located hotel near the lake. The manager was incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast options were satisfying, with the choice of eggs and bacon or jam and fruit with bread. On top of that, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. From providing bottles of water upon arrival to taking the time to share must-see's and must-do's in Hanoi, they truly made us feel like family. The bed was also incredibly comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

The staff at the hotel are very accommodating and helpful. They speak English well and are always ready to assist. The location is perfect, with beautiful lake views and easy access to the French Quarter and night market. the location was ideal, situated in a quiet alley in the central area, away from the noise of the street. the room was clean and all the amenities worked perfectly. I was even allowed to check in early without any extra charges. the breakfast was simple but nice, with a variety of options available. the hotel also provided computers in the lobby to use, and the WiFi connection was good.
