My recent stay at Lotte Hotel was truly unforgettable. The hotel had a wonderful Asian ambiance and the food and drinks were of top-notch quality. The staff were well-trained and always had a smile on their faces, making us feel welcome and taken care of.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Best aspects include the clean and spacious rooms with a nice view of the river, convenient location near shopping and dining options, and the delicious breakfast buffet offering a variety of cuisines. The staff were professional and the service was excellent throughout our stay.

As a returning guest to Vietnam after 7 years, Lotte Legend was my top choice and it did not disappoint! The hotel offers a luxurious and comfortable stay in HCMC. The staff, servers, and Korean restaurant manager at Atrium Cafe were exceptional, providing wonderful and polite service. The Suites on the Executive floor were impeccable, leaving no room for complaints. The friendly and helpful concierge at the front door was a great touch. The property itself is large and gorgeous, and the location is perfect for exploring all the famous sights, shopping sites, and restaurants in the area. Additionally, the open-air swimming pool in the backyard was big and clean, adding to the overall experience. The Executive lounge provided excellent, all-day meal and beverage services.

Stayed for a weekend, and the service was outstanding. the staff were friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. the food was amazing, especially the buffet breakfast and dinner. the hotel's location was great, with taxis readily available and key tourist sites just a short walk away. the pool facilities were well-maintained, providing a relaxing oasis in the midst of the bustling city.

We got great value for our money with spacious rooms and a fantastic shower at Lotte Hotel. The location was a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and the staff were attentive and polite.

During my New Year stay, I really enjoyed the amazing river view from my room. It was such a treat to wake up every morning and look out over the beautiful scenery. Another positive aspect was the extensive breakfast spread offered at the hotel. There was a wide variety of dishes to choose from, both Western and Eastern, which catered to all tastes. Additionally, the hotel's prime location was a key advantage. It was conveniently situated close to attractions and amenities, making it easy to explore the city.

One disappointment during my stay was the limited food options available at the hotel. the Italian restaurant seemed a bit outdated and was plagued by mosquitoes in the evening.
