The promptness of services like shuttle, access to bicycles and spa treatments was impressive. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of hot and cold options, all fresh and delicious. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking well-maintained gardens. The pool and billiards provided easy and fun recreational activities. the hotel had excellent facilities and amenities for families with kids.

During my recent stay at Lotus Boutique & Spa, I had an amazing experience. The food was exceptional, especially the set meal I enjoyed during the New Year's Eve party. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, even changing our room when we had issues with the shower. The resort itself was beautiful, and the daily use of bicycles was a great perk. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Vietnam.

Absolutely mind-blowing experience from start to finish! The breakfast selection was super with a wide variety of dishes, although I missed having cereal. The room was well-appointed, despite the lack of drawers or wardrobe shelves, so we lived out of our suitcase for the week. The cleanliness of both the rooms and public areas was jaw-dropping, thanks to the never-ending mopping. The hotel's location was perfect, with two amazing restaurants on either side of the entrance that kept us happily fed at reasonable prices. The staff went above and beyond, especially Amy, Nuyen, and Guang, who were awe-inspiring in their attentiveness and perfect English. The beautiful grounds and our balcony provided a breathtaking view of the neighboring backyard, where we enjoyed our morning coffee while observing the local family and their chickens. The hotel's free bicycles allowed for quick trips to both town and the beach, where their private beach offered fantastic relaxation with tasty food and cold drinks. the experience was so incredible that we are already planning to return in the future and stay indefinitely.

Our stay at the boutique hotel was fantastic! We got great value for our money and the rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location was perfect - close enough to the center and the beach, but also peaceful and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and approachable, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Breakfast delights, but it would have been even better if the air-conditioning was turned on in the dining room. With the hot weather outside, it was a bit unpleasant to have warm yogurt, fruit, and butter.

the staff, especially Jane, went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. the buffet breakfast was delicious and the pool was a great place to relax. the hotel is located about 2 km from the town center, but their regular shuttle bus service made transportation easy. There are also fantastic restaurants nearby. I felt like the staff at this hotel became like family.
