I had an unexpected room upgrade to a massive private room with a large bed, huge bathroom, and extra wash room/dressing room. the air conditioning and fan made the summer nights comfortable. the breakfast was basic but delicious. Overall, I had a great experience at Lotus Hostel. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The entertainment options, including games and a small pool, kept the kids entertained for hours. Cons: My kids wished for more kid-friendly meal options on the menu.

We had an excellent experience at this hostel, from the warm welcome upon early check-in to the delicious breakfast including amazing pancakes. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with motorbike rental and providing guidance for our journey. the comfortable room, new amenities, and relaxing atmosphere made our stay memorable. One aspect to improve would be the language proficiency of front desk employees to avoid misunderstandings.

The spacious double room at Ha Giang Lotus Hostel offered a cozy vibe with soundproof walls and a comfy terrace overlooking the inner courtyard. As a budget traveller, I felt relaxed and at home in that room.

Our room was extremely spacious, feeling more like a luxury suite than a typical accommodation. the bed was as large as a king-size cloud, providing the most restful sleep. the bathroom, with its size, could have easily doubled as a dance floor.
