My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. I particularly appreciated the warm and helpful attitude of the staff. I will definitely choose to stay at Lucky 3 Hotel & Travel again if I return to Hanoi.

The hotel has everything you need in walking distance, making it convenient for exploring the old Quarter and discovering the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, and I loved the balcony overlooking the main street. The breakfast, served on the top floor with a nice view of the city, was substantial and included in the tariff.

And to top it all off, the hotel also had a roof-top bar where guests could relax and enjoy the view.

The rooms were a bit small, and the bathrooms could have been a little cleaner. the shower in one of the rooms struggled to stay up, which made it difficult to wash comfortably.
