We had a fantastic stay in a quaint hotel in the heart of a vibrant district. The location was perfect, with great nearby restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and all necessary toiletries. The staff was friendly and always willing to help, providing exceptional service. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

The TV in the room didn't work, which was a bit disappointing, especially for our kids who would have enjoyed it during downtime. However, considering the affordable price we paid, it wasn't a major issue as we didn't expect luxurious facilities.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. the property was clean and pleasant, and the breakfast was delicious. I especially want to thank the hotel manager, the reception staff, the kitchen staff, and even the cleaners for their professionalism and friendliness. They truly made my stay memorable. the staff at Luminous Viet were more than attentive to my every need, providing excellent service 24/7. the hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the bustling streets of the old town without needing to rely on taxis or buses. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely terrace to relax on. I also appreciated the seamless and affordable airport transfer service they arranged for me. a truly delightful experience.

I had a great experience staying at a hotel in Old Town Hanoi near the lake. The location was perfect, with easy access to Hoan Kiem lake and the attractions in the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a much-needed break from the bustling streets. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always available to assist with any requests or questions. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day off right.

One negative aspect was the noise disturbance at night, which made it difficult to get a good night's rest.
