We had a fantastic stay in a quaint hotel in the heart of a vibrant district. The location was perfect, with great nearby restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and all necessary toiletries. The staff was friendly and always willing to help, providing exceptional service. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

The TV in the room didn't work, which was a bit disappointing, especially for our kids who would have enjoyed it during downtime. However, considering the affordable price we paid, it wasn't a major issue as we didn't expect luxurious facilities.

the staff at Luminous Viet were more than attentive to my every need, providing excellent service 24/7. the hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the bustling streets of the old town without needing to rely on taxis or buses. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely terrace to relax on. I also appreciated the seamless and affordable airport transfer service they arranged for me. a truly delightful experience.

I had a great experience staying at a hotel in Old Town Hanoi near the lake. The location was perfect, with easy access to Hoan Kiem lake and the attractions in the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a much-needed break from the bustling streets. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always available to assist with any requests or questions. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day off right.

One negative aspect was the noise disturbance at night, which made it difficult to get a good night's rest.

I had a fantastic stay at Luminous Viet. the hotel's location was ideal, right in the heart of everything. the staff, especially Ly, were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. the room upgrade I received as a frequent traveler was a pleasant surprise. the hotel was quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. the breakfast experience was excellent, with delicious food including customizable omelettes. I also enjoyed the rooftop terrace. Luminous Viet provided a superb experience in terms of location, staff, and amenities.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to Hoan Kiem lake and the bustling night market. The hotel itself was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a delicious breakfast every morning. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. We felt safe and welcomed throughout our stay. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the TV not working and the shower being a bit difficult to adjust, these were just small inconveniences compared to the overall enjoyable experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

This hotel is located in a lively neighborhood which is perfect for exploring the city. The rooms are beautifully decorated with all the basic amenities including a balcony. The staff provides exceptional service and the breakfast spread is delicious, with some great bread and cook-to-order eggs.

The breakfast was a nice touch, with a variety of food options including fruits and fresh juices. they offered free Wi-Fi, which was a great convenience when looking up nearby attractions. the hotel was in a prime location, situated near the city center and just walking distance from several restaurants and shops.

Despite being in a central location, the downside was the noise level from the surrounding streets. the room windows didn't seem soundproof, and the noise from the nearby traffic made it difficult to sleep at times.

the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mr Tom, the Guest Relation Officer, who was fun-loving and welcoming. the receptionist, Miss Ly, was also very accommodating. the hotel had everything I needed, including WiFi, air conditioning, and a great location. the price was very reasonable as well. I've already made two reservations for my next visits!
