We had a fantastic stay in a quaint hotel in the heart of a vibrant district. The location was perfect, with great nearby restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and all necessary toiletries. The staff was friendly and always willing to help, providing exceptional service. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

The TV in the room didn't work, which was a bit disappointing, especially for our kids who would have enjoyed it during downtime. However, considering the affordable price we paid, it wasn't a major issue as we didn't expect luxurious facilities.

De locatie van het hotel is ideaal, dicht bij veel winkels en restaurants en ook op de buslijn. Het is een goede uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen. Natuurlijk is er voldoende parkeergelegenheid, wat erg handig was omdat ik een huurauto had. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig maar voldoende, met koffie, bagels, cornflakes en fruit. Het hotel had ook een leuke binnentuin waar je kon ontbijten. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam bij het verstrekken van oordopjes tegen het verkeersgeluid.

Bijna perfect, maar de airconditioning en het verkeer zorgden voor slapeloze nachten. De geluidsisolatie had beter gekund, aangezien ik herriestoppers op mijn nachtkastje vond, helaas van slechte kwaliteit.

I had a great experience staying at a hotel in Old Town Hanoi near the lake. The location was perfect, with easy access to Hoan Kiem lake and the attractions in the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a much-needed break from the bustling streets. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always available to assist with any requests or questions. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day off right.

One negative aspect was the noise disturbance at night, which made it difficult to get a good night's rest.

Despite being in a central location, the downside was the noise level from the surrounding streets. the room windows didn't seem soundproof, and the noise from the nearby traffic made it difficult to sleep at times.

I recently stayed at a small hotel in the center of the old town. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Tom, the Guest Relation Officer, who was fun-loving and welcoming. The receptionist, Miss Ly, was also very accommodating. The hotel had everything I needed, including WiFi, air conditioning, and a great location. The price was very reasonable as well. I've already made two reservations for my next visits!
