I spent my New Year at a hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort provided. the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. the hotel staff ensured our every need was taken care of, and even went out of their way to make our stay special by offering us a complimentary cake and refreshing juice. the hotel's location was also perfect, as it was situated close to all the major attractions. My partner and I enjoyed our cozy balcony where we could sit and sip tea while taking in the scenic views.

The hotel staff seemed a tad bit unfriendly at times and didn't provide us with all the relevant information. They directed us to a closed museum and kept pushing us to book a Halong Bay trip, even though we had already booked one.

El hotel cuenta con excelentes instalaciones, como una zona de piscina con control de aforo y toboganes que fueron todo un éxito para los niños. Además, la ubicación cercana al mar nos permitió disfrutar de hermosas vistas y puestas de sol desde nuestra terraza. También destacamos el desayuno, que estaba delicioso y variado. En general, fue una estancia maravillosa.

The hotel staff were very understanding and accommodating when we had to change our reservations due to weather. The day tour and food tour were informative and enjoyable. Hotel pickup from the airport was convenient and affordable. the experience was fantastic and greatly enhanced our trip.
