The location of M Hotel Saigon is fantastic, situated in the heart of District 1. We loved how close everything was, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. The modern and professional design of the hotel was also impressive. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with super comfortable beds and pillows. The staff were amazing, always willing to help and provide assistance whenever needed. we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again if we come back.

My partner and I loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect for us, as we were able to easily walk to all the major shopping malls and booty bars in the city center. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the stylish and modern design. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, with something for everyone's taste. Plus, the stunning city views from our room were an added bonus!

We did notice some noise from the neighboring buildings during the night, which slightly disrupted our sleep.

I recently stayed in this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The location was perfect as it was in the heart of the city and yet it was in a quiet area, giving me the best of both worlds. The service was excellent, especially the 24-hour room service and helpful staff. I also appreciated the various amenities offered such as the airport shuttle service and car hire, which made my stay even more convenient. Lastly, the free Wi-Fi was a lifesaver and made it really easy for me to stay connected.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in this area.

There are some minor inconveniences with the hotel's facilities such as the placement of hand/face/bath towels, which are not always in their designated places. the shower setup with a curtain can cause the toilet area to get wet, which can be annoying.

We booked M Hotel on short notice and it worked out great. the room was the perfect size, with all the modern amenities we needed. the location was amazing, right in the heart of District 1 and close to the Nguyen Walking street. the breakfast had a good mix of Western and Asian options, including delicious pho. the staff, especially the ladies at the front desk, were really helpful and went the extra mile to assist us. We appreciated the ultimate privacy we experienced at M Hotel, with minimal disturbance from outsiders.

During my Christmas stay, I greatly appreciated the hotel's complementary hot chocolate and cookies offered in the lobby. the hotel's location was ideal, just steps away from a large shopping center and numerous bars and restaurants. Another advantage was the comfortable and clean room, which made me feel right at home.

My room wasn't cleaned at all during my two-night stay, which was quite unpleasant. Despite the fact that I only needed to stay for an additional hour or two, the hotel would only allow a 30-minute late check-out or require me to pay half a day's rate.
