I was pleasantly surprised by the great location and the comfortable bed at Spotlight Hotel. The fast wifi and delicious breakfast were a nice bonus. The accommodating staff even gave me recommendations for local food places. Despite a few minor issues, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its value and convenience. The staff at the hotel were amazing, especially Minh. They provided exceptional care and assistance both before and during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with 3-star toiletries and daily housekeeping. Breakfast offered a choice of 10 items, including eggs, cereal, juice, fresh bread. The location is great, close to walking street but quiet. The AC worked well.

We loved the welcoming staff and their attention to detail, like providing umbrellas for our needs. The location was perfect, being close to Bui Vien Street but still in a quiet side street. The hotel was easily spotted from the main road and the rooms were cleaned daily.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to help me with any requests. The view from my 5th floor room was breathtaking, allowing me to overlook the bustling city below. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a must in this hot city. Additionally, the hotel's location was great, situated in a quiet alley but still close to a vibrant market where I could find a variety of delicious food options.

The room was really small and didn't have a window, which made it feel cramped and stuffy. The lack of natural light was a major downside.

They went above and beyond by personally walking me to the bus stop when I needed to catch a night bus. The location of the hotel was perfect – close enough to the local market and eateries, yet tucked away on a side street so I wasn't disturbed by clubs and street noise. Although the bed was a bit hard, the overall value for money was fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and convenient location.

I'd go back just for the shower in the room.

I had a great stay at a hotel in District one that offered good value for my money. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the location was perfect, just a minute's walk from the bustling Bui Vien street. The staff at the hotel were the highlight of my stay - they were kind, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. They even upgraded my room without any additional cost.

When it comes to breakfast offerings, one minor improvement could be made. The blackout curtains in my room didn't do a great job of keeping the sun out, so it would be helpful to have an eye mask to ensure a more restful sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at Spotlight Hotel! The staff, especially the receptionist Minh, were amazing and went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. Minh, who speaks fluent English, even helped me arrange a cake and flowers for my daughter's birthday. The location of the hotel was also excellent, with easy access to a nearby market for fresh fruits. The hotel itself has been newly renovated and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with new mattresses and linen. The staff even provided a takeaway breakfast when we had to leave early for our train. I also appreciated their offer to hold onto some of our belongings until we were ready to pick them up. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
