Despite minor inconveniences like a slippery bathtub floor and occasional noise, the staff were friendly and helpful, offering great local recommendations. Laundry service by kilo was affordable and convenient. The well-equipped rooms and extras made for a comfortable short stay.

Although we encountered some minor issues with wifi connectivity and bed linen stains, the overall experience at La Passion Hanoi Hotel & Apartment was highly satisfying, and I would gladly return for another stay.

Great location close to popular attractions without the hustle and bustle of the city. the room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a kitchen, which we took advantage of during the Christmas holiday.

The alley leading up to the hotel was somewhat smelly, making it unpleasant at times. the noise level could be disturbing at times, especially during construction work, which started early in the mornings.

My stay at La Passion Hanoi Hotel & Apartment was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Old Quarter. The room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent amenities. The staff, especially Cathy, Daniel, and Luis, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The daily housekeeping was top-notch and the buffet breakfast at their other property was a delightful bonus.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with great amenities, including a microwave which was perfect for longer stays. The attention to detail and cleanliness was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.
