I recently stayed in this hotel and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. the location of the hotel was fantastic. Situated on the main shopping street in the heart of the old quarter, it was perfect for exploring the bustling city of Hanoi. The staff were also incredibly attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and in very good condition, with comfy beds that provided a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast options were varied and delicious, with the added bonus of made-to-order dishes. this hotel offered great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing massage at the spa, the masseuse was skilled and professional. Really relaxed and rejuvenated after the treatment. I highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed at this hotel over xmas. the breakfast provided was excellent and the view from the rooftop was amazing - it had a perfect location near all the attractions. the staff was friendly, proactive, and helpful. They gave us gift cards on xmas day which was a nice touch.
