This hotel is definitely above average. the rooms are spacious and clean with a good view from the window. the staff is very friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything you need. the location is perfect as there are many restaurants and shops nearby. the hotel offers a gym and a spa which make your stay even more comfortable.

The swimming pool is quite small and if many people use it, it might feel crowded. Another thing that I didn't like was the noise level, as it was a bit too high for my taste.

the service was remarkable, with attentive staff catering to all my needs. the Spa & wellness centre offered a wide range of treatments, including facials and beauty treatments, which were carried out in beautifully designed treatment rooms. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for a refreshing swim, while the jacuzzi and steam room were perfect for relaxation. Cons: the only minor issue I faced was that the restaurant lacked BBQ facilities, which would have added a unique flavor to the dining experience.

Great location in the city center, with a view of a big Square from the room. Bus station conveniently located in front of the hotel. Friendly staff and a restaurant on the second floor with delicious Western and Korean food. The spa and Jim jji Bang are a unique experience.

Wow! The location is perfect, right in the center of the city. The hotel offers a great view of the big Square and has a bus station right in front, making it super convenient for exploring. The rooms are high quality and spacious, with excellent customer service. The spa and Jim jji Bang are truly unique experiences. The restaurant offers a variety of delicious Western and Asian food, perfect for satisfying any craving.

One staff member who was not child-friendly, which impacted the atmosphere during a surprise birthday party.
