Our stay at Maro Hotel was absolutely fantastic. The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a nice view of the city. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and attended to every detail. We were especially impressed when Miley from the front desk personally accompanied us to a nearby department store to help us find something we needed urgently. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. I highly recommend Maro Hotel for a wonderful stay in Hanoi.

The hotel is located just near the top of Hoan Kiem lake, offering a perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The staff are very helpful and pleasant, providing great service throughout the stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony that offers a wonderful experience of the city. the breakfast room on the top floor has outdoor seating and a good view, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

Great breakfast with plenty of options and tasty food. Also loved how conveniently located this hotel was, within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. the staff was friendly and accommodating, always available to answer questions.

It was small and cramped, with barely enough space for our luggage. the bathroom was also quite tight.

This hotel is an absolute gem! the location is perfect - just near the top of Hoan Kiem lake. It's so convenient to be able to stroll along the beautiful lake whenever we wanted. Secondly, the staff here are outstanding. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and ensure you have a fantastic stay. Lastly, the rooms are cozy and well-equipped. We loved having a small kitchenette on the top floor - it was so convenient for making quick snacks and coffee.

Everything was just perfect!
