Great location in the heart of the bustling old quarter, surrounded by plenty of eateries and shops. the hotel offers a comfortable lounge area for early check, in or late check, out, with access to showers at no extra cost.

The rooms could use some improvement, with issues such as gaps in the bathroom that caused flooding and inconsistent water pressure in the showers. the breakfast buffet has limited choices, although the option for cook, to, order eggs and pancakes is available.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location in the Old Quarter was perfect, right in the thick of things. It was great being in a lovely but bustling area where everything was within walking distance. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and my room was clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast provided was also delicious.

Noisy neighbors made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I had a great stay at a hotel in a great location in Hanoi. The district 1 location was perfect, right in the center of town on a charming local street. Despite the backpackers next door, the hotel created a cozy atmosphere and the noise never went on past midnight. It was so convenient to explore the city on foot and enjoy the delicious local street food. The room, although not spacious, was adequate for three of us for three nights. We even tried a local laundry service, but it was a disappointment and not worth it. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its location and atmosphere.

The noise from the street and the nearby hostel was a bit of a nuisance, especially during the night. Additionally, the hotel lacked a swimming pool, which could have been a nice addition to enjoy during the hot summer days.
