During my stay at Mercure, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. One particular staff member, Lan Le, was especially attentive and helpful, assisting me with check-out and even translating some Vietnamese for me. I also want to express my gratitude to Trang Le and Huong Tran for accommodating my early morning flight by allowing me to have breakfast before their usual opening time. The hotel's location was also convenient, with many local attractions within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and great location.

This hotel is perfectly situated, right in the heart of the bustling streets and close to the train station. It provides easy access to all the main tourist areas, allowing you to explore the city on foot. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with spacious bathrooms and a choice between a shower or bathtub. The staff provides exceptional service, ensuring that all your preferences are met. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, including a live Pho station.

The hotel lacks a swimming pool facility, which could have been a nice addition to enhance the overall experience.

Perfect location, excellent service, and lovely atmosphere. The hotel is situated close to the central train station and the old quarter with walking distance to main attractions. The airport express bus service is a great benefit for visitors. The food and drink options were excellent and affordable. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the reception team who made my Christmas stay unforgettable.

The prices for the drinks and food in the restaurant were a bit high for my budget. Although the hotel was situated in the city center, the street noise disturbed my sleep.

I had a really good experience at this hotel. The staff were so nice and helpful, allowing me to check in early and giving me a late check-out when my flight was cancelled. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also really enjoyed the food at the brasserie, it was very tasty.

This hotel is a small property and not as close to the attractions as I expected. However, overall it was still a good experience thanks to the friendly staff, excellent location, and overall comfort.

I got great value for my money at Mercure Hanoi La Gare. The room was neat and comfortable, with lots of amenities and a spacious walk-in shower. The location near the train station and in a lively neighborhood was perfect, and the staff treated me with extreme helpfulness and pleasantness.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be a larger breakfast room to accommodate many guests arriving at the same time.
