The location was perfect - it was quiet and peaceful, yet still accessible to the main district via Grab. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing directions and tips to make our stay even better. this hotel offered enhanced comfort and quality services, making it a luxurious choice for any traveler.

Had a great time spending Christmas at this hotel! Loved the delicious food offered during the festive season with a variety of choices to choose from. the hotel's location was perfect as it was nearby shopping centers and attractions, making it easy for us to explore the city. An advantage we enjoyed was the comfortable beds that gave us a good night's sleep to recharge for the next day's activities.

The noise level was a bit high during peak hours with guests enjoying themselves, which made it challenging to relax. the staff could have been warmer and more welcoming to guests, which would have made the experience even better.
