Not one thing.

mintu home exceeded our expectations! from the warm welcome to the helpful host, everything was perfect. the room was well-equipped and the breakfast delicious. the location offered a stunning view and a peaceful atmosphere, yet it was still convenient to get to town. highly recommend this homestay for a memorable sa pa experience!

Something could've been better.

The homestay had a breathtaking view, delicious vegan food options, and very comfortable beds. The hosts were welcoming, accommodating, and offered assistance with various needs.

One minor drawback was that there was not always enough hot water in the shower, but it didn't significantly impact our overall impression of the hotel. our experience at the hotel during Christmas was fantastic, with the hosts making us feel at home and the location providing the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility.

The shower water pressure could be improved.

I had the most amazing stay at Mintu Home. The view from the homestay is absolutely breathtaking, especially in the mornings. I couldn't get enough of the beautiful scenery of Cat Cat and Fansipan. The room was clean and charming, and I felt right at home. I even got to bond with some adorable pets, like the tiny kitten that quickly became attached to me. The hospitality of Lenh and her lovely family made me feel like a part of their own. They even invited me to a wedding, which was such a lovely experience. I can't wait to come back to Sapa and stay with them again someday. I highly recommend Mintu Home for an unforgettable stay in Sapa.

She even arranged transport for us and spoke with the taxi drivers to ensure a smooth arrival. The location is ideal, situated in a peaceful village yet still within walking distance of the center of town. The views from the dining area are breathtaking, with mountains and clouds all around. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony. The breakfast, especially the pancakes, was delicious. I felt so welcomed and will definitely come back to stay here again!
