The staff was amazing, especially Vinh who managed the crew. The lunch buffet was great with a good variety of food. The massage chair in our room was a wonderful surprise, and the beautiful views from our balcony made our trip even more enjoyable.

The food could be improved with more options, and some of it was just okay. The transfer service was a bit disorganized and caused some stress during our trip.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the shore, providing easy access to the boats you didn't pay to be on. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast offers a variety of delicious options to start the day. The hotel also has a beautiful view of the surrounding area.

The facilities could use some renovations, particularly the tired-looking cabins.

Lovely rooms, delicious food, helpful and friendly staff. Experienced a shortened trip due to a typhoon, but still enjoyed kayaking and cave visits. Fabulous stay on the boat.

I had an exclusive experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and luxurious with a breathtaking view. The Spa & wellness centre fulfilled every need, offering a wide range of massages. The live entertainment and karaoke provided exceptional moments of leisure. Staff was attentive, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for winding down after a long day. In-room breakfast and dinner menus were extensive and delicious. The dinner offered various international options, and the special diet menus were a great touch.

Although my stay was perfect, I did notice that the hotel charged extra for water. It seems unreasonable to charge for something so basic.
