I had a warm welcome upon arrival at Muong Thanh. The room was well cleaned and comfortable. Despite a slight inconvenience with the breakfast tickets, the staff was helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and is quite near to the industrial park. It is close to everything in Hanoi, making it easy to explore the city and visit tourist spots. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing place to unwind. the buffet breakfast offers a variety of delicious options to start the day.

The swimming pool was not well maintained during our stay.

The hotel's food and staff were good. We enjoyed the option of having dinner in the restaurant and the quality of meals was great. The hotel's location was also convenient as we could easily get to the nearby attractions and shops. Lastly, we appreciated that they offered free Wi-Fi and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

We had a few issues during our stay. One of the issues was that the hotel staff did not fix a spoiled toilet paper dispenser, which was already spoilt upon check-in. Additionally, the cleanliness of one of the deluxe rooms was not up to par compared to usual rooms. These issues detracted from our overall experience and could easily have been resolved by the hotel staff.
