I faced significant challenges during my stay, beginning with the lack of professionalism from the staff. The food orders took far too long, with one breakfast taking over 15 minutes just to get seated, despite the empty tables. Additionally, the pool bar was never open, which was frustrating, especially when I expected better amenities from a hotel branded as luxury. I've had better experiences at lesser-rated hotels.

Aye, the rooftop pool was straight fire with them dope views, made my day after long flights. Staff was real chill and always ready to help. Breakfast did hit different, especially that Pho. Just wish they had more space for soap and stuff in the bathroom. Had a stain on the carpet though, coulda been better with that.

my stay was fantastic, with a comfortable bed in a clean and modern room, and I loved how the hotel was just a short stroll away from the beautiful Wat Chantarangsay and the vibrant Barking now neighborhood nearby with plenty of cafes and restaurants to enjoy a nice meal after a day of exploring the city.

However, the Deluxe King Room's bathroom had a severe leak, turning it into a flooded mess during showers, which significantly needed improvement.
