We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms and breathtaking views. The rooms offered a perfect vantage point to enjoy the beautiful bay. The hotel's location was also a major plus, with easy access to nearby attractions like Sun World park. The buffet breakfast was extensive, providing us with a delicious start to our day. Additionally, the hotel offered Wi-Fi throughout, which was very convenient.

Lovely, clean rooms with modern facilities. Free upgrade with amazing bay view. Luxurious for a reasonable price. High-quality room facilities. Friendly staff. Beautiful corner apartment with panoramic views. Great breakfast options. Well-looked after by restaurant manager.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Halong Bay for a weekend getaway and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The location was fantastic, as it was close to the public beach and right next to everything we needed. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view. The bathroom was clean and had a nice rain shower. The service was top-notch, with staff members who spoke good English and were always ready to assist us. The breakfast had a variety of options and was quite tasty. it was a great stay!

I did notice that the music at the conference banquet was too loud, making it difficult to have a conversation.

The hotel was located in the heart of the town, which was very convenient for us to explore around. We also enjoyed the fantastic view from our room, and the breakfast had a lot of choices which was a great way to start our day. the hotel offered us a warm and cozy atmosphere, making us feel right at home.

There were some stains on the sheets and towels, making us feel a bit uncomfortable. the noise from the nearby construction site was really bothersome, and it was hard to sleep at night.

We had a wonderfully luxurious stay at this hotel. the exclusive amenities, including the Spa & wellness centre and outdoor swimming pool were top-notch. the service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff always at hand. the cuisine at the restaurant was delightful, with special diet menus and packed lunches easily arranged to suit our needs.

this was only a minor issue in an otherwise perfect stay.
