The room we stayed in was incredibly comfortable with a big, cozy bed and a spacious layout. The AC worked perfectly and kept the room at a comfortable temperature throughout our stay. The view from the room was stunning, surrounded by nature on all sides. One of the best parts of our experience was the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide range of options, both Asian and Western. We loved being able to order custom-made dishes as well. the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They assisted us in arranging tours and tickets, even helping us with shipping when we realized we left something behind. The service we received was truly exceptional.

Though our overall experience was fantastic, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. the shower in our room was a bit small and the door did not seal properly, resulting in water getting on the bathroom floor.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, with easy access to popular attractions and the beautiful countryside. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and luxurious linens. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. Additionally, the hotel offers great facilities and amenities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for guests.

The receptionist, Autumn, was extremely helpful and fluent in English. She provided clear check-in instructions, recommended nearby restaurants and itineraries, and even arranged a private hire car for us to visit the waterfalls. The staff, in general, were quick to respond to our requests and the room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Although we encountered a small issue with the coffee and the room size was slightly different from the pictures, it did not overshadow the overall positive experience. We will definitely recommend this hotel to others.
