I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Hanoi. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the modern and clean rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. The location in the heart of the city allowed me to easily explore nearby attractions and immerse myself in the local culture. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool, which provided a refreshing escape from the bustling streets of Hanoi.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of the old town. You can easily explore all the major sights on foot. The staff is friendly and helpful, with the GM even organizing trips for guests. The rooms are comfortable, with some having balconies overlooking the bustling streets below. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including noodles and exotic fruits. The rooftop pool is a great place to cool off and enjoy the view. a great choice for a stay in the city.

There were some cleanliness issues noticed in the room, such as a dirty bathroom amenity tray and a leaky and dirty shower fixture.

The staff at San Palace Hotel, especially Daff and Kelly, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They assisted us in organizing a private tour and transportation, making our trip hassle-free. Additionally, they surprised us with a full list of food recommendations for our next destination, which was very kind and unexpected. The hotel's location near the Train Station and restaurants was very convenient. Also, there is a great coffee place right across the street. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic staff and convenient location.

One of the key disappointments was the lack of clear communication from the management. Despite requests for an upgrade, no action was taken and the actual room did not match the advertised images.
