We had a last-minute layover at Hanoi Airport and stumbled upon this gem called New Airport. Despite the short stay, Tommy, the owner, went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. He ensured our comfort, from providing clean and spacious rooms to arranging a taxi to the airport. The level of customer care was exceptional, making us feel genuinely welcome. We'll definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located very close to the airport, which was very convenient for catching our early morning flight. the rooms were spacious and had a strong air conditioning system which we appreciated since it was quite hot.

The bathroom was not designed well, as everything ended up being wet after taking a shower, despite the presence of a door to separate the shower. the cleanliness of the sheets was questionable, as we noticed stains on them.
