The value for money at this hotel was exceptional, and the room was spacious and had a stunning view of the city and sea through a big curved window. The location of the hotel was perfect, with the beach and convenient stores and shops nearby. The staff, especially Von, Ming An, Jane, and Mia at the front desk, were always friendly.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Being disabled, I appreciated the hotel's helpful and accommodating staff. They provided bigger portions and even allowed me to order two dishes. The bikes were also accessible, making it easy for me to explore the city center in less than 10 minutes. it was the best hotel of our trip.

our recent honeymoon stay in nha trang was incredible, but our stay at new sun surpassed all expectations. the staff, especially von, ming an, jane, and mia. the huge superior room with a beautiful view, comfortable bed, and great wifi made us feel right at home.

We loved being so close to the water and having easy access to all the beachside attractions. The room we stayed in was modern and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. In addition, the friendly staff provided excellent service, always ready to assist us with any requests. Plus, the breakfast offered a great variety of dishes to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The language barrier occasionally caused some difficulty when communicating with the staff.

I even rented motorbikes from the hotel for added convenience. I strongly recommend this hotel for its value for money.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, and clubs. I was even upgraded to a deluxe double room on the 12th floor with a beautiful view of the sea. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious local and western dishes, including a great selection of fresh fruit every day. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Nha Trang.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. From the beginning, the staff at New Sun were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They even arranged airport pick-up for us. the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and various cafes. Our triple rooms were beautifully decorated and had all the necessary amenities. the beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep. the hotel also offered scooter rentals at a reasonable price. We rented four scooters in great condition for only 150,000vnd per day.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the modern and clean room with a strong Wi-Fi connection. the location was also a huge advantage, as it was just a short walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants and bars. the hotel offered a jacuzzi on the roof, which was a nice perk to enjoy under the stars.

The breakfast room was uncomfortably hot and lacked air conditioning. the staff's limited English caused some difficulties in getting assistance.
